Revive Ink Studio is an appointment-only permanent makeup, scalp
micropigmentation, and restorative tattoo studio serving Madison, Huntsville, and surrounding North Alabama communities.
Appointments & hours
Appointments are available from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Consultation required
All clients begin with a private consultation. We review candidacy, goals, health history, treatment area, expected healing, session count, aftercare, and final pricing before a procedure is scheduled.
Deposit & balance
The non-refundable deposit reserves artist time and preparation and is applied to your service. The remaining balance is due on appointment day by an accepted payment method. An individual plan may require a larger deposit.
Payments & pricing
Deposits, completed services, and other payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or covered by our medical-rescheduling policy. Prices may change; confirmed bookings are honored unless the treatment plan changes.
Client eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 and must disclose medical or skin conditions, allergies, medications, and prior procedures that could affect treatment or healing. A consultation does not guarantee that a procedure will be recommended.
Health exclusions
Services are not performed during pregnancy or nursing, within 12 months of Accutane use, or over active infection, irritation, rash, sunburn, cold sores, or open wounds. Medical clearance may be requested when appropriate.
Results & touch-ups
Results vary by skin, health, lifestyle, sun exposure, aftercare, and individual healing; no result is guaranteed. One complimentary touch-up is included within 12 months of the completed service when medically appropriate. Later color refreshes and maintenance visits are priced separately
Medical rescheduling
If a documented health issue or contraindication arises before treatment—including active illness, pregnancy, cold sores, or a breakout at the treatment site—your deposit transfers to a new date instead of being forfeited. Documented medical emergencies are handled the
same way, case by case.
Standard cancellations
Please contact the studio as soon as possible. Booking fees, deposits, and completed services are non-refundable. Standard cancellations and missed appointments do not receive the
medical transfer protection described above.
If the studio cancels
If Revive Ink Studio needs to cancel, your payment and deposit remain fully protected and you will be offered priority rescheduling.
Right to refuse service
The studio may postpone or refuse service for a safety concern, contraindication, suspected intoxication, inappropriate behavior, unrealistic expectations, or a history that may make treatment unsuitable.
Consent & aftercare
A health-history review and signed informed-consent form are required before treatment. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and following all written pre-care and aftercare instructions.
